| Job description | At our Niigata plant, which handles ceramic products for electronic components, you will be responsible for analysing in-process defects, improving yield and operating our ISO systems. This is a quality control role that supports stable production and higher quality in cooperation with the shop floor. [Specific duties] You will investigate and analyse the causes of defects arising in the manufacturing process, plan and carry out improvement measures, check quality data and report to the departments concerned. Drawing on experience of operating ISO 9001 and similar systems, you will continuously drive defect reduction and yield improvement. Knowledge of the products and processes can be deepened on the job after joining, so even if the electronic components industry is new to you, you can take the initiative on improvement themes while making use of your quality control experience. |

| Working hours | 8:00 to 17:00 (70-minute break) |
| Salary | Monthly salary JPY 250,000 to 300,000 Estimated annual income JPY 4.1 million to 5.5 million Bonus: twice a year (4.8 months’ salary in the previous year) |
