| Job description | At our company, which produces fine ceramics for electronic components used inside automobiles and smartphones, you will be responsible for maintenance of the manufacturing machinery. Note: work involving alteration of buildings is not included. [Specific duties] (1) Preventive maintenance: regular inspection and ordering of maintenance work, etc. (2) Corrective maintenance: repairs when equipment fails, etc. (3) Predictive maintenance: monitoring equipment condition and detecting signs of failure, etc. [Career path] In future you can be involved broadly in machine design, embedded systems, electrical control and more, building your knowledge as an engineer. |
| Required skills and experience | [Essential] Experience in equipment maintenance (repair experience on a manufacturing site, construction management experience, etc.) [Education] Technical college, university or graduate school We welcome people with technical experience in manufacturing (for example improvement work as a production operator). |
| After joining | We will teach you about the company, about fine ceramics and about how the work is done, carefully and through on-the-job training. There is also overseas training at our production site in Vietnam, so you can experience our production system first hand. If you have relevant experience you should be able to contribute straight away. The people around you will support you, so please rest assured. |

| Salary | Monthly salary JPY 250,000 to 320,000 Estimated annual income JPY 4.1 million to 5.4 million Bonus: twice a year (4.8 months’ salary in the previous year) |
