For development and production engineering positions, a background in chemistry, electrical and electronic engineering or mechanical engineering will help you make the most of the role.

Yes. New graduates can apply for information sessions, Open Company events and one-day work experience through Mynavi. We also plan roundtable discussions where you can talk with our employees. Mid-career applicants are invited to these after passing the document screening, as part of the selection process.

Yes. New graduates obtain the Hazardous Materials Engineer Class B Type 4 qualification with the full cost covered by the company. We also have a self-development support scheme under which the company covers the full cost of other qualifications required for your work.

We use a management by objectives (MBO) system. Once every six months you have a meeting with your supervisor to review progress against your objectives and to discuss your future work and career.

Specialist knowledge is not required when you join. Please rest assured that you can learn thoroughly from the basics through our comprehensive training after joining and through on-the-job training in the workplace.
